Feedback:

“I attended one of wonderful Emma’s cooking classes during the summer and it changed my life. Her zest for life, her story, her ability to bring a room of total strangers together and create such an enjoyable experience in such a short-lived amount of time is nothing short of extraordinary. She has made me excited to be in the kitchen and has increased my confidence. I have also lost a stone.  I have since booked onto another of Emma’s classes and will be attending as many as I can.in 2025, thank you Emma!”.

“Fun, inspiring and delicious. My friend and I came away buzzing from Emma’s class. There aren’t many Emma’s in the World. We are both in agreement that she has a gift. She gives so much and is so warm, vibrant and supportive”.

“Had the most amazing time with you, Emma! So interesting, knowledgeable, and the food was absolutely fantastic. I honestly can’t recommend you highly enough. Such a lovely person inside and out.” Claire

“We have been to 4 of Emma’s classes now and each time we have such a brilliant experience. Every single class brings so much joy. Emma is so captivating, passionate and wholesome in her approach. She is effortless at making everyone feel special and we can’t wait to come back for the next one!” J and G

“So inspiring. Fun, engaging and walked away with many new friends too”. Anna.

“Wow, just wow. I am writing this a few months after the event. I thanked Emma of course but it’s taken me until now to really reflect on the positive impact the cooking class has had on my life. Emma inspired me to try new ingredients, to be more confident in myself and to understand why certain foods were spiking me. Dr Ian Lake was so interesting and answered many of my life long questions what my endocrinologist has never had “time” or “patience” to. It really is one of those events where you walk away and just go wow. It makes sense to me now that low carb works and Emma’s recipes really are life changing. Recommend this to anyone- esp to people with diabetes if you are feeling lost”.  Deborah
