Conveniently located just 20 minutes from the Old Severn Bridge, in the heart of the Wye Valley. This rural location is the perfect location for an October cooking class.
Cost: £90 per person. Inclusive of all ingredients and refreshments etc.
Dietary requirements: Other than 1 loaf of bread I will demo which contains vital wheat gluten, the recipes are all gluten free. If you have any dietary requirements please contact me in advance.

Emma Porter bio:
A recipe developer, published author and creator of The Low Carb Kitchen, Emma Porter is a mum of 2, living in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.
Diagnosed with T1 diabetes at the age of 17, Emma has spent the last 10 years creating and developing lower carb recipes to help those living with diabetes and their families. Emma wears an insulin pump and CGM.
A published author and Leith’s trained, Emma is often found demonstrating her recipes at Combe Grove’s metabolic wellness retreats and is a private chef at both high profile and bespoke events.
She runs cooking classes from her home and her work has notably appeared in BBC Good Food, The Telegraph, Women’s Health Magazine, Company Magazine and she is a regular health and wellness conributor to BBC Radio Gloucester.
