I am so excited to launch my October low-carb cooking class!
A few days ago I shared on social media that I would be doing my first cooking class, here in Cheltenham. I was overwhelmed by responses and sold out within a few hours. So, I have decided to do an October low-carb cooking class. I currently have 3 tickets remaining so it is first come first served. Please see the invite below.
After that I will be doing two in November. Another here in Cheltenham and another one in a beautiful village 5 minutes from Tintern in South Wales. The Cheltenham classes can take a maximum of 6 participants but the Welsh one can take 10. I am so excited to meet everyone, share tips and tricks and of course, eat and cook amazing food.
It has been a really busy couple of months here for The Low Carb Kitchen. Back in May I hosted my first ever talk to an audience of 30 people from all over the country. I had the privilege of being joined by John and Lynn Collyer and also my great friend Dr Ian Lake. Then in July I did my first food festival Real Food Rocks up on Lake Windermere. Dr Ian Lake and I spoke to a packed out audience about following a low carb lifestyle and the management of type one diabetes. It was a fantastic event with wonderful discussion after and feedback.
Which leads me to just 4 weeks ago when I launched my first low-carb product “bread in a bag“. Wow, I could never have imagined just how supportive everyone would be. Orders were coming in thick and fast and I have already had a few repeats, which has given me so much confidence to continue. I have a meeting with a buying team in a couple of weeks somewhere exciting so hopefully I will have more information shortly.
