Kale, Garlic and Avocado Dip

- 2 generous handfuls of kale
- 1 avocado, medium
- ½ lime, juice
- Pinch sea salt **add more to taste
- 1 garlic clove
- ½ tsp cracked black pepper
- ½ cup water (measuring cup!)
- In to your food processor place the kale and blend until finely chopped
- Add in ½ cup water, 1 avocado, ½ lime (juice), sea salt, 1 garlic clove (without shell), cracked black pepper
- Blend on full speed until smooth and creamy
- If it is too thick add a little more water (little by little)
- Serve straight away or place in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 3 days
