Kale, Garlic and Avocado Dip

A creamy, antioxidant packed avocado and kale dip. Perfect for sharing or adding as a garnish to a salad.
  • 2 generous handfuls of kale
  • 1 avocado, medium
  • ½ lime, juice
  • Pinch sea salt **add more to taste
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ½ tsp cracked black pepper
  • ½ cup water (measuring cup!)
  1. In to your food processor place the kale and blend until finely chopped
  2. Add in ½ cup water, 1 avocado, ½ lime (juice), sea salt, 1 garlic clove (without shell), cracked black pepper
  3. Blend on full speed until smooth and creamy
  4. If it is too thick add a little more water (little by little)
  5. Serve straight away or place in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 3 days
