Mrs P's Super Green Smoothie

- ½ Avocado, stone and skin removed
- 2 Handfuls Spinach
- ½ Lime, Juiced
- 1 Large Pear, Chopped
- 350ml Coconut Water (extra if you would like it to be thinner)
- 2-3 ice cubes
- In to a blender place the spinach, avocado, lime juice, pear, ice and coconut water
- Blend until smooth, add a little extra coconut water if you would like it to be thinner
- Serve straight away
I like to keep my fruit and veg in the fridge so that it keeps the smoothie cold, but you could just add extra ice
