I am so excited to share that I will be hosting my first supper club on Saturday March 2, 2019. It is something I have always wanted to do and now that I am no longer deep in book writing, I thought I would bite the bullet and do it. I have high hopes that this will be the first of many.
As you know, I am passionate about sharing how simple and delicious low carb can be. I want the food to leave people inspired, especially those that might have conditions (such as diabetes / epilepsy / pcos etc), where a low carb / healthy fat diet can benefit. I have decided to do the first one where I live, here in Cheltenham. It will be hosted at the School House Cafe. A beautiful building which has high ceilings and lots of space.
I have made it a Saturday in the hope that if people are coming from further afield, they might like to make a weekend of it and spend a night in Cheltenham itself. Cheltenham is a beautiful spa town with stunning regency buildings, parks and gardens. Walk the Promenade and its avenue of elms for high-end shops, cafes and restaurants and Imperial Gardens. Or explore the beautiful Montpellier which offers boutique, independent shopping in Cheltenham interspersed with bars, cafes and restaurants.
The menu is simple but filled with flavour. If you need a full breakdown of the recipes I am happy to discuss. Further more, if you need any advice on allergens then please contact me. But as you will see, I have listed them on the invitation / menu below.
I am working with some small brands that I believe in and that fit with my outlook on food, to be able to provide each attendee with a little “goodie bag”. There are 14 tickets available and it will be on a first come first served basis, so email me as soon as possible, I will then send you a PayPal payment link. As soon as I have received payment you will have a place confirmed. Unfortunately I will not be able to “save” a place without receipt of payment.
